I’ve been using Zoho Books for about two years so I have accumulated a lot of sales data about my customers.  We are brick and mortar only so I have no eCommerce integration.

I sell consumable products (air filters) so there is a built-in replenishment requirement.  Is there a way for ZB to automatically tell me that Customer X bought Product A six months ago?   I would then export that information via CSV to MailChimp so a reminder email is sent to the customer. 

I have experimented with Zoho CRM but I never got comfortable with it and I hope that’s not the only solution.  Thx.
