Automatic Response sending out unwanted emails
We have an automated response sending out an email to candidates that apply for a job. We have found that this automated response has been sent to candidates while they have not applied for any positions. We have checked and looked at their profiles and they have not been associated to any jobs, so we are not sure what has happened here and why candidates are receiving these emails. I did update their profile which may have triggered an automatic response but this did not include associating them to a position, simply updating their skill sets. I have also checked the rules in the auto response and all looks to be set correctly.
