Average below the 95th Percentile

Average below the 95th Percentile

Hi,

If i have numbers 0 through 100, the 95th percentile would be 95.9, so number 96->100 are above the 95th percentile. I would like to exclude everything above 95th percentile and get the average for 0->95.9 which should be 47.5. 

In excel its easy, see below. How do i get average below the 95th percentile in SQL in Zoho? 

Bonus Question:
How can i get a COUNT for all numbers that fall into the 75th percentile? 
I tried this and it doesn't work:
