Bank Accounts in Multiple Currencies

Hi.  I run a non-profit and we have an account in the US and three accounts in a foreign country, 2 of which are in local currency and one in USD. Should I create two separate Books accounts - one for US (1 USD account) and one for the foreign country with the foreign currency as a default (1 USD, 2 local currency)?  Is there a way to set a specific bank account up as USD if all the other transactions in the Zoho account are in the local currency?
