We are a Z One customer, currently using Xero, would ideally like to switch to ZBooks.
Currently we pay for a direct bank feed into Xero, currently into NatWest. This means that transactions are fed directly into Xero from the bank one day behind.Monday's transactions appear in Xero on Tuesday.
We originally used the Yodless feed into Xero, which worked in the same way. However a couple of years back Yodlee changed their timings, which meant that, for Natwest anyway, a four day delay in transactions appearing in Xero.
There was nothing apparently either Yodlee or Xero were prepared to do about this, each blaming each other for the problem. We got fed up with trying, and were effectively forced into paying Xero extra for the direct feed as we need transactions into the account quickly.
My questions to ZBooks are:
1. What is the time lag with Yodlee feeds appearing in ZBooks?
2. Are there any plans for you to introduce direct feeds for UK banks?
I
I hope I have explained this well enough, if not please let me know.
Look forward to your reply
