Bank Feeds: Multi-Factor Authentication, Auto vs. Manual, Wrong Update Dates

Bank Feeds: Multi-Factor Authentication, Auto vs. Manual, Wrong Update Dates

From what I can divine from support here in the forums, it looks like post-update, bank feeds that require MFA (multi-factor authentication) cannot be updated automatically, and need to be refreshed manually.

Is this correct?

If so, that doesn't feel like a huge problem. For me, at least, the same banks I needed to refresh manually before need to be refreshed manually now.

HOWEVER, what is a problem is that Zoho Books tells me that these accounts are 100% up-to-date every day. For example, an account last updated on August 20th says on the Banking screen that it was updated today (Aug 31). This means that not only do I have to update it manually, but I have to figure out when the last update was.

The issue here is the potential for missed or duplicated transactions if the user puts in the wrong date.

The "last updated" date was always accurate before. Please address this.
