We and a number of our clients are having issues with the Barclays Token bank feeds again.
The transactions have not been donwloaded for nearly a week now.
I raised this with support who eventually say they are looking into the issue, but then receive no updates.
Can anyone tell me what is happening, when the matter will be resolved and what is causing the issue?
The transition to the new bank feeds on the whole has been dealt with very poorly and they are really unreliable.
Even when they do work they bring in duplicate transactions, something which I have also raised with support on numerous occasions but is still yet to be resolved.
As an accountant I can no longer recommend Zoho Books to clients because of these issues, we are getting complaints, it's costing us time in correcting things for clients that we shouldn't have to and it's simply embarrassing.
Competitors like Xero, Quickbooks and FreeAgent don't have this number of issues and when an issue arises, it is resolved within a couple of days max.
Also, is there no ticketing system when I send an email to
support@zohobooks.com? It seems to be pot luck if I get a response and I'm never allocated a ticket/query number?
