Be careful if you want to purchase zoho one

Hi, just to add one more complain to the other similar complains. When I purchased zoho one, Divith, my account manager told me (by email) that I would be able to keep different emails that I have inside the company (contact, privacy, etc.). During the first months this has been true but 2 weeks ago I added one more user to zoho one and they locked all my accounts. Then be aware that this can happen to you. They may told you something and the do not fulfill it. Now they say that I have to pay full zoho one license for each email or switch to the flexible plan but then I have to pay one full license for having a CRM license for the employee. Moreover, I've been 2 weeks losing a lot of time with emails and calls with Divith and support teams without clear answers nor clear solutions. During all this time, all the emails have been deactivated with all the consequences for the company. (with a very easy solution that I told them multiple times and would have been as easier as activating the emails until the solution of the license was solved).

Plase be aware of this. And please zoho team, have account manager that know and tell to the customers what are the conditions from the beggining. And this only as opinion because this is yout business, modify this licensing model that makes abosolute no sense (or at least clarify the conditions from the begging to not start with your company).
