Best way to set up email with Zoho, Thunderbird, Gmail and Android phone

I have a quick question I have a non Zoho hosted email and I am looking to configure it to IMAP so when a message is read and deleted I am not having to delete this 4 times like I currently do.

I mainly use Zoho, however love the functionality of Thunderbird and GMail for specific emails and also. I have an android phone and simply want to know the best way to configure all to work together??
