Booking marked as payment failed, yet the paypal transaction is all OK
Hi,
We have a booking, that the customer booked online paid £10 via payment portal.
I checked the booking in the diary it was not there.. so looked at the appointment and it says "Payment Failed"
I went to PayPal and the transaction is all OK, Marked as Completed on my account.
I cannot see how to override this and mark it as paid?
Help please so I can secure her slot.
