Can someone point me toward a books/crm integration FAQ or guide? We've got them integrated, but some additional pointers on how to get the invoices sent from ZohoCRM/Books integration to come from the sales person creating it, would be great. For example, Susy is my sales person, she doesn't have a Zoho Books login, but she has a client that wants to pay for an item sold and so she creates a books Invoice in the ZohoCRM interface (the books module) and the invoice is emailed to the client who pays, all is good. Except, the email with the invoice comes from me, not the salesperson since I am the one w/ the books account login.
