Bug with Zobot Human transfer

Bug with Zobot Human transfer

I have configured the brand, the operator, and the Zobot in Spanish. However, no matter what I do, it always says "YES" instead of "Sí"   or  "Sure, why not "  instead of  "Claro, ¿por qué no?" when asking if the user wants to contact a human
operator.

The question is in spanish but the anwsers always appears in english
