BUG Zoho CRM Over Writing data in Subscriptions
We have zoho CRm entering customer data directly into the Subscription system .
We found that when we set up a subscription and invoiced the client when we went back to the subscription after an hour or two the data in subscription data and invoice had been changed and instead of the company name being displayed in the details the User's first name and surname was entered .
We have not been paid on about 6 subscriptions because of this , still waiting for ZoHo to fix after an month !
