This is a simple feature and I'm not sure why zoho bookings hasn't implemented it already.

You set a maximum bookings per day (by consultant and/or by service).

Calendly offers this in their free plan.

This makes sure your schedule doesn't get 8 hours of meetings or 8 free consultations in a day.
