Can't enter applicable tax rate on items
I'm new to Zoho, and am trying to set up my items. I have three different sales tax rates, depending on how the sales items are classified. The documentation clearly describes how to do what I need, but my item screen does not have the option to assign one of my tax rates to the items.
What am I missing?
