Can't log into my account

I can't log into my account using my email address and password so I tried to reset the password but the system just returns with a message saying that there is no such user. I'm sure that I'm using the right email address because I still have the email from Zoho through this email address when I reset the password from last time. 

While I can't open any Spreadsheet I created, I'm still be able to see and edit Spreadsheet that other users shared with me and at the right corner of the screen it still shows my user ID and the signed-in status. Only when I try to go to Sheet from Zoho Homepage, it becomes problematic and won't let me go in. 

Please let me know the issue and resolve the problem because I need to access to my spreadsheet on the account.
