I ran an Advanced Search for Candidates and it does work properly.

I searched based on Associated tags, putting condition "not contain" + a certain tag. In the results there were candidates who have this tag.

How can we rely on the results of searches (and this is actually why we use an ATS), when it is obviously not working??????

Please, fix it. It influences the business, since we are losing contact with candidates, we would have otherwise contacted.
