Hi there, I'm finding that my business is becoming more candidate led and that I am now reverting to Excel spreadsheets to track where I am sending candidates instead of Zoho. This isn't good. Zoho is Client/Vacancy led and assumes that there is a live job to put candidates against. 50% of the UK recruitment market is Candidate led where we have a good candidate and speculatively sell them into many clients even if there is no existing job. I've started to create jobs with existing clients entitled "speculative" to put candidates against but it isn't good for reporting or managing. It would be better if a "spec list" could be created against a candidate to track where they've been sent, interviews, offers etc. Hope this makes sense. I'm happy to discuss further if it helps.
