When CVs are parsed from the Resume Inbox, what is the difference between "Overwrite existing candidate data" and "Retain Existing Candidate data". 

When overwriting which fields are not affected by the overwrite ?

Does "Retain Existing Candidate Data" created a clone candidate ? Or it just keeps existing data while parsing in missing data ?
