In my experience, candidates tend to have their own goals in conducting their job search. One is location. Where they want to live... In fact, the entire profile is extremely client focused implying that every single candidate will either take any job that they're qualified for or are only interested in a job that's in the immediate area of their current mailing address. 

Is there a way to add location targets to the candidates' profile that is filterable without resorting to a check box list or a multi-select list of all 50 states?
