Cannot access Job Openings page
I cannot access the Job Openings page from any page in Zoho when I click on the tab on the toolbar. I get a feedback form to complete to send to Support but when I click Submit, I get this message - "unable to process your request". Thus I cannot report this problem via Zoho. I can access a specific job by clicking on the link in the record of an associated candidate but I can't go to the main Job Openings page from that specific job. I can access specific jobs via a Client. I can create a new job from the Create Job Openings link. I can access all other pages for Candidates, Clients, Contacts, etc. using the tabs on the toolbar. I've been on Windows 10/Microsoft Edge for several months and this issue with the Job Openings started 2 weeks ago. I've tried to use Zoho on Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer and I have the same problem. The link to Job Openings seems to be broken on all browsers. None of my work colleagues are having this issue so I assume that it may be something specific to my laptop configuration. None of my work colleagues are on Windows10/Microsoft Edge so perhaps that is my problem. I can downgrade to a lower level of Windows if needed but I'd prefer not to downgrade since 10 is the future operating system that will be supported. Please provide any help that you can.
