As you might already know, Zoho CRM can be integrated with Zoho Books and this enables users from CRM to create Estimates and Invoices from it. But the integration is sadly far from perfect. For example, if you have a price list in Books that you would like to apply to a specific line item, that's not possible. You are only able to apply to the whole Estimate/Invoice, which is ridiculous, really.

If we are able to do that in Books, we should be able to do that in CRM as well. But no. There's no solution for the salespeople but to apply it manually, which defeats the purpose of the convenience offered by the integration. This is the kind of thing that should be looked into seriously and quickly. It's pivotal and the use case is common. I hope Zoho hears this and do the necessary as soon as possible.
