I added Facebook and Instagram streams and I want to track all mentions. Is there a reason the Monitor tab shows "Shhh...it's quiet in here."

In which tab do you have to be in to follow hashtags? I can't find that option.

I'd also like to know why, when it worked, hashtag search only showed Instagram posts. How do I view both Facebook and Instagram?
