Hi guys, assist is a really good app, and to become great it would be nice to have some features other vendors have in place and we take them for granted.

For example, ScreenConnect, TeamViewer and others allow you to send hotkeys via the remote connection, so that means I can perform shortcuts and other bits right inside the remote session without having to use menus. That saves a huge amount of time and effort when supporting people remotely.

Second is allowing files to be copied via the clipboard back and forth. Having to launch a file copy interface and browse for files when you are already there as part of a remote session is quite time consuming. Ideally I would like to be able to control+c something and control+V on the remote session, copying the file in any direction.
