Careers Page Banner / Tab Control - Background Color is red, no longer respecting theme colors & broken image

With no change on my part, suddenly the tab panel background color is not being respected on my career site. No matter what color I assign within the theme editor to the various elements, the tab banner always shows up as bright red. I am also having a problem with a site image not loading on mobile (desktop seems ok). The image url can be found here, The site URL here. 

Before anyone says to schedule a support session using the web tool- I have scheduled several, and there hasn't been a single Zoho support session yet that anyone from Zoho has attended. Not one phone call.
