Categorizing candidates into groups

Hi there, I need to be able to put my candidates into categories after interviewing them and then be able to go directly to those categories. I work with sales candidates and would like to be able to categorize them into he following: Sales Development Rep Account Executive Sales Manager Sales Director VP of Sales Account Manager / Customer Success At the moment my candidates are all in a list view by name. It's hard for me to be able to locate specific candidates through a massive list. Please can you help! -Tom
