Change Ownership not working

I have a separate user called "House" and everyone under HOUSE is open to have other recruiters call them. Problem is when someone interviews "house candidate" and I switch the owner to the recruiter, the candidat still shows up under HOUSE. I even told the the recruiter to re-upload resume and overwrite and it Still does not work. This should not be this complicated, I need it to be obvious who the candidates belong to without having to click on the candidate record.

Can someone respond asap.

Seems to be a lot of gliches within Zoho and I'm second guessing my decision on going with them.
