when I bought Zoho I chose the Staffing Agency option, yet it doesnt seem like I actually have that version. I need to use the formatted Resumes option and a few others, but cant. Ive sent multiple messages to support over few days, but no reply so far. This is really frustrating. 

Is there anyway that I can change to staffing agency (from what ever version they assigned me now) without having to contact support?
