We ordered checks and envelopes through Zoho Books. When a printed check is inserted into the envelope it appears the lower envelope window that contains the 'mail to name/address' is too low. This causing the 'mail to' name to be partially cut off. It also appears the envelope window is too low because the 'memo' is fully expose and visible from the window and the bottom of the checks printed background ends which creates a white boarder at the bottom of the check. That white boarder is partially seen in the window also.

Our company 'mail from' address top window appears to be nice and centered, no problems there. 

The Zoho Books check printing adjustment (template edit) allows for vertical and horizontal adjustment, but this adjusts the 'pay to name, written dollar amount, numeric dollar amount, mail to address, and memo' printing location. Knowing this is intended to allow adjustment for print to paper needs, I did try adjusting this but it does not provide a proper correction. 1) Our checks have the fill in the blank "lines" on the checks. Therefore the adjustments print everything below the check "lines" the more we move the adjustment. It also does not correct the memo white boarder since it is also not print related and is simply apart of the check itself.

In summary the lower envelope window appears to be the defect in what was provided to us.
