Clearing old "Undeposited" funds after switching from Invoice to Books

Clearing old "Undeposited" funds after switching from Invoice to Books

I recently upgraded from Invoice to Books. With books, I can now link my bank account with my Zoho account. The problem I have is: I have years worth of old undeposited funds. My bank account can only sync up as far back as May. How do I tell Books I don't have all of this cash undeposited?
