Client / Contact status to Candidate
Hi We are researching companies and want to be able to associate contacts to "potential clients", however, these contacts may become candidates. There is no way for us to edit the contact status to candidate status. Also, not all companies we add to Zoho will become a client, however, to help mapping out the industry, we want to add all companies to the database. It would be really useful to be able to distinguish who is a client and who isn't. Currently to determine which companies are not current clients we have to run an excel spreadsheet alongside Zoho - not ideal. As I am sure you can appreciate not everyone is going to be a good fit for us and vice versa. therefore it is really important for us to be able to identify a current client, a potential client and companies we are happy to headhunt from. I am sure this would prove very useful for anyone using Zoho. I would be keen to learn how anyone else is getting around this. Please would you look into as a matter of urgency. thanks,.
