Cloning jobs

When I Clone a job, The clone shouldn't maintain the job status. When I clone a filled or canceled job, I have a new job opening that matches 90% of the position. When I Clone a canceled job it maintains the status and even the job opening dates. I want to be able to clone it and be able to edit the job status and the job opening date should default to today.
