Close account

I'm trying to close my Vault account without success. Logged in to accounts.zoho.com and clicked the Close account option, got linked to business control panel and Delete Organization. Clicking this asks med for an administrator password which to my knowledge I never created. It's just a personal account with no domains or mail connected to it. Have been searching for an option to create an administrator password but no luck.
