Cloud Server as Mapped drive? part 2
Can Zoho docs:
- Truly function like a phyical hardware server sitting on an office intranet?
- Can we combine all our paid user limits into one pot? I am not looking to give each of the five of us in the office our own 50G or 100G storage place, rather, i want it all in one pot as our company server - all files in one place. Can this be done?
- Each of us would have the ZOHO cloud as a mapped drive on our own computers wherever we are in the world (subject to different restrictions on each user as to what they can access).
- Keep even 3/4 of the company files also resident on my laptop and automatically sync whenever i am online?
- set this kind of sync up once and it continues for months like this unless i change it - i.e. i dont have to select which files to sync each time?
- For my group of synced files - i never have to think whether i am online or not, or whether i'm working on the online version or my local version - i just work and save like normal and it syncs without any clicking on my part the next time I am online?
Thanks! Trying to decide which service to go with - Zoho, Sync, Atlassian Confluence
