Configuring Feeds to Bank Accounts

I recently set up a feed to my bank checking account. This went seamlessly. Then I tried to set up a similar feed to the same bank for a credit card. It was confusing and didn't work. Below is a picture of the Zoho "Configure Feeds" for Credit Cards page. My questions are on the image. I don't know which fields to use, as Zoho has multiple fields and some of them duplicates. I've tried various combinations, but was not able to manage a connection. So, I'm not sure if it's a system problem between Zoho and the bank, or a user problem, where I am not putting the right information into the correct fields.

Please advise what is the correct way to enter this data.
