Continúan nuevas mejoras en Zoho CRM Plus

Hola a todos,

Como continuación de la publicación anterior, aquí describiremos brevemente las mejoras realizadas en SalesIQ y Social.

Mejoras en SalesIQ

En SalesIQ hemos agregado las funciones de bot de chat y llamadas de audio, que le permitirán interactuar con los visitantes de su sitio web.

Bot de chat : Puede interactuar con los visitantes de su sitio web mediante bots de chat en el dispositivo de escritorio o dispositivo móvil.


Llamadas de audio de SalesIQ : Las llamadas de audio le permiten interactuar con los visitantes de su sitio web mediante llamadas telefónicas y también convertir los chats en curso en llamadas telefónicas. Puede incluso compartir pantallas con ellos.

Mejoras en Social

En el módulo Social hemos agregado las características siguientes:
  • Integración con Google My Business
  • Análisis mejorado en el módulo Social
  • Integración de Facebook Lead Ads con CRM
  • Opciones inteligentes de publicación
Integración con Google My Business : Los negocios pueden programar y difundir publicaciones con llamadas a la acción en sus cuentas de Google My Business . Los negocios podrán también ver y responder a las opiniones recibidas en sus fichas de empresa y administrar su presencia en múltiples lugares mediante Zoho Social.


Análisis mejorado en el módulo Social : En la nueva interfaz, los informes del módulo Social mostrarán conjuntos de datos y gráficos tales como el crecimiento de la audiencia, la interacción con las publicaciones y su grado de popularidad, su alcance e impresiones.


Integración de Facebook Lead Ads con CRM : Esta mejora le permite asociar 20 campos diferentesde CRM, incluidos campos personalizados, con Facebook. También le permite hacer un seguimiento de nuevos clientes potenciales, tanto de pago como orgánicos, desde formularios de cliente potencial. Puede también realizar nuevas campañas de Facebook Lead Ads desde Zoho Social con la nueva integración ligera de Facebook.

Opciones inteligentes de publicación en Social
  1. Colas de publicación inteligentes : Difunda publicaciones a lo largo de la semana o del mes agregándolas a una cola predefinida mediante CustomQ
  2. Complemento de explorador zShare : Personalice sus publicaciones para diversos canales de medios sociales (por ejemplo, 280 caracteres para un tweet y 2200 caracteres para Instagram). Puede también programar o difundir la publicación para canales diferentes al mismo tiempo.
