When converting a Sales Order to an Invoice, in Settings -> Preferences -> Invoice, we have the option to automatically copy the Sales Order Reference Number over to the Invoice Order Number field as shown in the image below.  This is an excellent option, especially since our Reference numbers are brief descriptions of an order, not a number.  This helps everyone find a previous order or invoice faster.

We need the same exact option for converting an Estimate to a Sales Order.  We need the Estimate Reference Number to automatically flow to the Sales Order Reference Number.

This will not only save us time from having to go back and forth to copy and paste from the Estimate to the Sales Order but may times we may forget to copy/paste that important information.
