I am not sure what the logic on this is but it makes it difficult to implement promos that are global.  For instance I would like to run a promo campaign where I offer $20.00 off any of my products.  With the current setup I can't just send an email that gives my customers a discount of any product.  I have create a unique coupon for each product which essentially means that I need to know in advance what product my customer or prospect needs to buy.  If I have 100+ products I would need 100+ coupons.  It would be VERY helpful to have a "Global" coupon that could be applied to all products.

Doing bulk modifications is tedious.  Lets say for example I made a mistake on importing a coupon and I want to delete all the coupons I just added.  If I have one or two products this is not an issue.  If I have 100+ coupons this turns into a very time consuming task.  It would be VERY helpful to have a place where we can mass modify coupons (add, change, delete).
