We have a product that doesn't have any free mode, so, any user needs to enter login and password to enter the product.

Here are questions:

1. Can I set goals in PageSense according to User ID (email) for tracking?

2. Can I make workflow rules according to actions of users/user segment?

For instance, can I make an email campaign (through zoho campaigns) for users with demo access, who visited product once and didn't return?
