I need to create a time based supervise or workflow that will send an email to a customer for an approval:

Criteria:

Status = IS = Waiting for custom to approve shipping cost

Hours or Days

I would like to have this Alert sent every 24 hours until it is approved or if we have it end after so many sends.

Our tests are not working.  COuld you walk us through and send us a set up guide?  Thank you.
