We want to allow our salespeople to use the CRM app to take and place orders and estimates for customers, this works within the App but that information does not migrate into the finance connection with books...
this means that the salesperson can work with the client and we can see that interaction within CRM, but even though the accounts team are in Books and this, in turn, is connected to CRM my team cannot see the transactions from the app.
this is ridiculous, you state in your literature that CRM and Books are fully integrated?
when will the app allow for information going into CRM integrate with books?
