CRM mobile application not providing NOTIFICATIONS for task.

CRM mobile application not providing NOTIFICATIONS for task.

We are on the zoho one subscription and are not receiving any notifications across android and IOS for assignment of tasks. 

I have checked all of the phones notifications setting on device, and all are accepting notifications,

Tasks are not being seen due to this error which is affecting our response times to customers, can anyone advise.
