Custom download page (and support issues)

I've been using Zoho Workplace for several days now (a paid account, not a free one) and I like it for the most part, but I must say support has been non-existent so far. I had a question two days ago. I have since emailed it to support@zohoworkplace.com, support@zohodocs.com, support@zohocorp.com, support@zohoaccounts.com and even sales@zohocorp.com. My message to support@zohodocs.com elicited an automated reply which assigned me a Request ID. Other than that, there has been no response whatsoever. 

My question was:

When I share a file from Docs externally (i.e. with a non-Zoho user via a link), the person who clicks on the link lands on the download page for that particular file. Is it possible to customize that page in any way - for example, add our company logo and get rid of the "Sign In" and "Sign Up" buttons?

Now I also have another question, what is the correct way to request support? Is there some trick which I haven't learned yet, as a new user? Or should I just get used to support taking days to reply?
