I have again a problem, I can't import my data in ZOHO using YOUR file in xls ... this is very crazy.

I want to import my data list using the same template that Zoho provide like example.

So, I want import data because there is NO contact in Zoho.. This this the reason why you offer the possibility to make import...

BUT, the problem is that i have that :

Clients prêts à être importés (0)

Nombre d’enregistrements ignorés ( 3 )

2 CLOUZEAU SARL Cet utilisateur n’existe pas (This user doesn't exist)... Normal, I want to IMPORT !!!!

3 BELLINI Cet utilisateur n’existe pas

4 BERENGER - Société MIG Cet utilisateur n’existe pas

Champs non mappés (1)

HOW TO PROCEED ????

From the import hambuger, I select : Customer , not contact of the customer.

Let me know whats happened
