Data Loss

We have been observing many CVs received in the email id resume@jmmehta.com do not get parsed on to ZOHO. eg. on 7th oct. 2015 we have received 37 mails out of witch only 25 has been parsed on to zoho. On 8th Oct. 2015, we have received 16 mails out of which only 9 have been parsed on to zoho. some of the cvs which were not parsed on to zoho are simple files in Microsoft word format. This problem has caused considerable data loss in the cv bank maintains by us through zoho. Please let us know why this is happening.
