I am trying to find a way to store the date a resume is added to the system.  Once a resume gets old it is not as relevant even if the candidate record has recently been modified.

Is there a way I can optimize being able to search resume attachments based upon the date?  Perhaps a Worklow rule?  (I have the Standard edition).

Any work arounds you can suggest for this would be helpful
