Deleted users and their documents
Dear Zoho Docs Team,
I have already mentioned that problem before (theoretically) and now i got it practically.
Just imagine:
* we have tens of users
* they uploaded and added to workspaces HUNDREDS of documents
* some of users were fired
* we deleted some of them from Zoho Business because we do not want to pay for users that do not exist
* all documents that were uploaded by them and used by other users are GONE
What should we do? How can we restore these docs? What is the right way to use Zoho Docs in that case?
We will always lost all documents when user is deleted?
That's very strange and very annoying. I was thinking about mail of these deleted users, so we didn't need their mail anymore and i deleted them.
I never thought it would cause all documents deletion!
Please help and advice how to use Zoho Docs to not lost any doc? We can't download hundreds of documents everytime and then upload them again.
