In  "Open Job Openings" view is listed the number of associated candidates. Each of these numbers could be a link to the list of associated candidates, the same link which is shown in "Associated Candidates" view. 

This would make Recruiter faster and more comfortable to use. 

*** Now you click: "Job Openings" --> (choose "Title) "Posting Title" --> Associated Candidates (which you have to wait for a while to appear)

*** Better: "Job Openings" --> (choose number which is a link) No of Candidates Associated
