It would be an enourmous improvement if it was possible to be able to create your own standardized documents, generated on the basis of invoices, estimates, credit notes, bills etc. and being able to use placeholders.
eg. you could create your own reminder document wich you can send with snail mail and have it generated for all overdue invoices
