I have already suggested this long time ago, but nothing happened.

Why is it still necessary to manually copy the information entered into call result into notes? This is so much time consuming. 

Why isn´t the process automated and when entering the call result it doesn´t offer an option to add it into notes or it doesn´t add the information included in the call result automatically into notes?
